CONDITIONS OF SALES OF PRODUCT

1. All orders made are subjected to acceptance by “Beverly pup Shop”.
2. Full payment will be applicable when sales / order is of existing stock purchase.
3. Default, delay or defect in any or more of the delivering date(s) or item(s) shall be considered segregated default without giving the buyer the right to cancel the whole or part of the order.
4. Any request for packing services intended for export or otherwise will be charged to the Purchaser, unless otherwise specified.
5. Any duties/taxes levied by the Government shall be borne by the Purchaser.
6. Goods ordered and/or sold are not subjected to exchange or cancellation.
7. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable with other products.
8. A minimum deposit of 50% is to be paid upon confirmation of sales. A minimum deposit of 70% is to be paid for order on stocks which are to be indented.
9. Balanced payment are to be in Cheque or Cash on delivery (C.O.D) only. Terms of payment must be strictly adhered to.
10. Terms of payment must be strictly adhered to Cash on delivery or Advanced FULL payment.
11. Cheque is considered ONLY on the condition(s) that the management of Beverly pup Shop has approved of, upon the date of purchase order made.
12. Change in any date of delivery must be advised 03 working days in advance. Delivery timings given are approximate and without obligation.
13. Purchaser shall check the goods’ condition upon delivery. Should there be any complaint, it must be made known to Beverly pup Shop within 03 working days from the date of collection. Complaint(s) received after the stipulated time will NOT be entertained.
14. Beverly pup Shop reserves the right to forfeit all said deposits paid and cancel all orders if the goods are not claimed or collected within 03 months from the date of purchase.
15. Beverly pup Shop will not be liable for any defects or damages caused to goods by any improper installation, mishandling or tampering.
